Love & Appreciation
“I learned how to practice intentionally nurturing myself. I don’t have to wait for other figures in my life.”
Jessica has helped me reach a part of myself that goes deeper than self doubt, insecurity, and prioritizing others. She helps me realize what feels true to me; helping me live my life as honest as possible & build the life that I want for myself.
Jessica has also helped me accept the complexities of my romantic relationship. She has helped me be brave enough to admit the challenges that I face as a member of an interracial relationship.
Q.H., Individual Therapy & Coaching
“Our relationship does feel healthier. I feel there is more empathy and understanding of boundaries in our dynamic.”
Jessica is very attentive and it was easy to build a relationship with her. Learning about my partner through Jessica made me reflect a lot about myself. It has helped me be more brave about bringing up issues, especially in the moment, which is therefore helpful for our relationship.
Most of the time, my partner ended our sessions feeling good and giving hugs, which is amazing considering some of the escalation of arguments we were having.
V.B., Couples Therapy
“I truly cannot emphasize enough how skillful, empathetic, conscientious and gifted she is as a counsellor.”
As a peer, former classmate and colleague of Jessica, I truly cannot emphasize enough how skillful, empathetic, conscientious and gifted she is as a counsellor. I recommend Jessica without reservation to anyone who dreams of being seen, being truly heard, and breaking through the barriers set in their path to step into their full potential.
